Meeting and exceeding clients’ needs and design desires are top among the goals of the skilled and seasoned team at Masters Design. It’s been that way since Nancy Scott founded her full-service residential and commercial design firm in 1993.

“Since then the studio has grown to include a team of two designers and a number of freelance designers, tradesmen and stylists,” says Nancy. “Masters Design also offers the services of a general contractor, licensed in both North and South Carolina, who coordinates both new constructions and renovations on commercial and residential projects.” Over the years, Nancy and her team have worked with many furniture manufacturers, numerous residential clients, commercial projects, and model homes for builders.

In addition, Master’s Design also includes a Furniture Shopping Service Division through its main office in High Point, NC, which has helped expand its clientele both nationally and internationally.

“I honed my design skills working for many years as head showroom designer for Tomlinson-Erwin-Lambeth,” Nancy tells us. Then she would go on to oversee and design many trade showrooms at market center buildings around the country, including the Habersham showroom in High Point, NC. Throughout her career, Nancy has been involved with countless residential and commercial projects in the United States, France, Jordan, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. She has also assisted with model homes locally and on the coast of South Carolina.

“Since the very beginning of my career, I’ve had the good fortune to work with products and lines that are all family owned businesses that I know and trust,” she explains. “These companies—and I count Habersham among the best —have integrity and that helps us insure and maintain our own. We work to build strong relationships with all of our lines. From the initial concept to the final details, Allison and the Dream Home Interiors team specialize in new construction and remodeling; design and specifications of architectural effects; electrical and lighting planning; kitchen and bath design; space planning, selection consultation for cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, tile, lighting and countertops; color consultation; furniture and accessory selection and more. Opening her full-service design center 3 years ago in Georgia’s Lake Oconee area, Belans also offers a full selection of furniture and accessories, a fabric room, a resource room and rendering/CAD capability. The design center is open daily by appointment.

A graduate of Mercer University, Allison is married and lives in Reynolds Plantation with her husband and two young sons. A busy and dedicated professional, Allison’s work is an integral part of her life. “I get so personally involved, it is actually sad when a project is done. I kind of feel like it is my baby. I love running into clients a year or so after we’ve finished a project – especially when they tell me just how much they are enjoying the home and the Habersham pieces inside.“

Haleh Niroo has made quite a name for herself as a high-end designer in Atlanta, Georgia and Potomac, Maryland since 1992. “My initial inspiration for quality designs was ignited watching my father and his passion for creating exquisite fabric designs in his textile factory. My education in France, extensive travels across Europe and my love for art history expanded the passion and inspiration,” she explains.

The vision Haleh brings to life creates luxurious, harmonious and lively spaces that allows her clients’ homes to become distinctly their own. “I believe that beauty is in the details,” says Haleh. “We work very closely with clients to understand exactly how they want to use each space.
